These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Nanda Adventure (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) and the Participant/Client who books or participates in any trek, expedition, or adventure activity organized by Nanda Adventure.

By booking any trip with Nanda Adventure, the Participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.

Adventure activities such as trekking, hiking, and mountaineering involve inherent risks including injury, illness, accidents, or natural hazards like landslides, snowfall, or extreme weather.

By joining a trip, the Participant voluntarily accepts these risks and agrees that Nanda Adventure will not be held responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the trip.

Participants must ensure they are physically and mentally fit for the selected trek.

  • A booking is confirmed only after the required advance payment is received.

  • Participants must verify all trip details before confirming the booking.

  • Full payment must be completed before the start of the trek as per company instructions.

  • If a participant cancels their booking, refunds will be processed according to the company’s cancellation policy.

  • Refunds, if applicable, may take 10–20 working days to process.

  • No refunds will be provided for unused services or voluntary withdrawal during the trek.

Nanda Adventure reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Landslides or road blockages

  • Safety concerns

Additional expenses arising due to such changes may be borne by the participant.

Participants must disclose any medical condition, injury, or health issue before booking the trek.

If a participant becomes medically unfit during the trek (for example AMS symptoms, severe illness, or injury), the trek leader may remove the participant from the trek for safety reasons.

All medical, evacuation, or rescue expenses will be borne by the participant.

Participants are strongly advised to obtain personal travel or adventure insurance covering trekking, emergency evacuation, and medical treatment.

Nanda Adventure will not be responsible for insurance claims or related matters.

Participants are responsible for their own luggage, equipment, and personal belongings.
Nanda Adventure will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage.

Participants must maintain proper behavior during the trip.

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Alcohol or drug consumption during trekking

  • Misbehavior with staff or fellow participants

  • Actions that threaten the safety of the group

Violation may result in removal from the trek without refund.

By participating in a trip, the participant grants Nanda Adventure permission to use photos or videos taken during the trek for promotional or marketing purposes.

Participants who do not wish to appear in media must inform the company in advance.

Participants must carry valid ID proof and required permits if needed.
Failure to provide documents may result in denial of participation without refund.

Any complaints must be submitted via email within 7 days after completion of the trip.

All disputes will be governed under Indian law, and jurisdiction will be in Uttarakhand courts.

Nanda Adventure reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
